My name is Kaori Stram. I am a New York based therapist specialized in anxiety treatment.

I work with adult individuals (18+) who are struggling with a variety of anxiety and stress symptoms (feeling restless, tense, irritable, difficulty focusing & breathing, panic attacks, PTSD symptoms, just a name a few).

While I am based in New York, I work with people online throughout the state of New York and Florida.

I am here to help you ease your mind, feel unstuck and transform. So you can fully live your life.

In our working together, I am not just sitting back and letting you talk alone, but engaged in a process of your self-discovery by clarifying your thoughts, naming your feelings and sorting out the complexity of your issues, just to name a few.

My utmost goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space with a compassionate and non-judgmental manner where you can feel empowered and supported to navigate through the challenges of life.

My specialty is working with people dealing with various symptoms of anxiety & stress, which might coincide with depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulty and trauma symptoms.

I am bilingual in Japanese and English.
